SB Energy Milam Data Center Campus
Under Construction
The Milam Data Center is an AI data center campus under construction near Burlington in Milam County, Texas. SB Energy is developing it and says it will be the long-term owner and operator, with OpenAI as the customer. Lease disclosures cover about 753 MW of critical IT capacity in two buildings, with a last ready-for-service year of 2028. High-voltage interconnection is planned in phases for an initial campus load of about 660 MW, and SB Energy says it plans new generation to support the site.
