Sebree Solar I

Sebree Solar I is the 250 MW first phase of a two-phase solar project in Henderson County, Kentucky, owned by Sebree Solar, LLC, a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources. Nucor signed a power purchase agreement for the 250 MW of output in 2023 and also sources racking steel for the project from its Nucor Steel Gallatin mill in Ghent, Kentucky. Commercial operation was anticipated for December 2025.
