Serverfarm ATL2 is a conversion of an existing 498,960-square-foot building at 10835 Hazelbrand Rd NE in Covington, Newton County, Georgia into a hyperscale data center. Serverfarm describes 60 MW of critical IT capacity for a single hyperscale tenant. Georgia Power has a signed electric service contract, and VoltaGrid is building a 90 MW natural gas plant to sell prime power to the site. Regulators settled with both companies in September 2026 over equipment installed before permits.
