PowerCampus Dallas is a data center campus at 2401 South Dallas Ave in Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas, developed by Skybox Datacenters with Bandera Ventures. Work started in 2023 and Building 1 fit-out is scheduled through April 2027. The developer markets about 115 acres and up to 1,000,000 square feet of data center space. Power is supplied by Oncor through a private on-site substation, described as 300 MW of total load.
