Stella Wind Farm is a 201 MW wind facility in Kenedy County, Texas. RWE reports that Stella was commissioned in December 2018 and remains RWE-operated. Following portfolio transactions completed in January 2021, Algonquin owns 51%, RWE retains 25% and Greencoat owns 24%. Transaction values disclosed by RWE apply to a four-project Texas portfolio and are not presented as Stella-only valuations.
