The Stream Data Centers San Antonio III campus, called SATB, is a 135-acre hyperscale campus on West Military Drive near Loop 1604 in Bexar County, Texas. Its first building, SATB1, is commissioned and fully leased, and the Texas Comptroller data-center list names Microsoft Corporation as the registered occupant. Stream plans up to five buildings supporting up to 200 MW of IT capacity at full build, with later buildings scheduled for occupancy between 2028 and 2031. CPS Energy serves the campus through a planned on-site 334 MW substation that CPS Energy is to build, with near-term gas bridging offered until grid capacity ramps up.
