Proposed
ATL03, also called Red Oak, is a proposed data center campus at 7170 Red Oak Road in Union City, Fulton County, Georgia. The 2024 regional review describes four buildings of about 250,000 square feet each, with a substation, on about 68 acres. TA Realty is reported to have bought the land in March 2026.
