TeraWulf's Justified Data Campus is being developed at the former Century Aluminum Hawesville smelter, 1627 State Route 3543, Hawesville, Hancock County, Kentucky, in MISO. Anthropic signed a 20-year lease for about 401 MW of critical IT load, with initial capacity due in the second half of 2027 and the full 401 MW by early 2028. The campus has an energized on-site substation and is expected to join demand-response programs.
