TeraWulf's Lake Hawkeye Data campus is planned at 228 Cayuga Drive in Lansing, New York, on about 183 leased acres of the former Cayuga coal plant site in NYISO. TeraWulf says the site could support about 400 MW of gross capacity, or about 320 MW of critical IT load, with operations not expected until about 2029. The site has triple-redundant 115 kV transmission. Lansing's Zoning Board of Appeals held public hearings on Dec. 16 and found the project fits a permitted land use; it is in permitting.
