Tract Medina Technology Park
Proposed
Medina Technology Park is a proposed 500 MW data center on a 265-acre site near Castroville in Medina County, Texas, developed by Tract through Medina County Power NR I, LLC. The developer's ERCOT large load schedule ramps peak demand from 240 MW in the first quarter of 2028 to 450 MW in 2029 and 500 MW in 2030. A dispute with ERCOT over how the load is classified was before the Texas Public Utility Commission in late 2026. The end-use customer is not named.
