- DAL1 Phase 1 involved renovating the 10,000-square-foot building acquired by VIRTBIZ in July 2007. The first customers moved in from ColoMart in November 2007. VIRTBIZ sold the property in 2021 and removed its last systems in December 2021.

- VIRTBIZ closed on the 2805 Canton Street property in July 2007, then renovated the newly acquired 10,000-square-foot mid-century building for data-center customers. The first customers moved in from ColoMart in November 2007. The building was originally constructed in 1953 and the site was sold in 2021; the last systems were removed in December 2021.
