Overview
ERCOT's five-minute real-time system lambda, the system-wide marginal energy component of SCED LMP. For a settlement point or electrical bus in the same SCED interval, LMP minus system lambda is the point's congestion component; ERCOT LMP has no marginal-loss component. This supports point-level congestion rankings and history when joined interval by interval to real-time LMP. It does not identify which binding constraint affected a point without shift-factor or other direct attribution evidence.

This table is readable two ways, over the same guarded boundary. Over HTTP: POST /api/v1/datasets/ercot_sced_system_lambda/query, described in the API reference. Or from an MCP client: connect a market below, then use search_data or describe_data to load its query contract before calling query_data.
