Overview

Per-resource, per-interval telemetry for every generating unit in ERCOT, taken from the 60-Day SCED Disclosure Reports. Each row is one SCED run (roughly every five minutes) for one generation resource and its QSE, so you can see exactly what the market told each unit to do and what it was physically doing: the SCED dispatch target (base point), the unit's telemetered net output, its high and low sustainable/ancillary/dispatch limits (HSL/HASL/HDL, LSL/LASL/LDL), its output schedule and telemetered status, and how much of each ancillary service it was responsible for (Reg-Up, Reg-Down, RRS, RRS-FFR, Non-Spin, ECRS). ERCOT publishes these disclosures with a 60-day regulatory delay, so this is a rich historical record rather than a live feed — the single best source for studying how individual plants were dispatched, how close they ran to their limits, how they followed SCED base points, and how ancillary-service obligations were spread across the fleet.
