Overview

Filter record_type before aggregating: supply_demand and next_day_short_term_reserve are distinct grains. Historical forecast comparisons use the last snapshot known by delivery; future intervals use the latest snapshot known at the requested cutoff.

Query contract

Select one latest watcher snapshot and filter record_type before returning or aggregating capacity fields.

Analysis rules

supply_demand contains current/forecast demand and capacity; next_day_short_term_reserve contains reserve requirements. They are distinct grains and must not be summed together.
Use published demand and capacity values directly for headroom; do not relabel committed capacity as available capacity.
