PG&E Distribution Planning FacilitiesPG&E · weekly snapshot	The facilities in PG&E's Grid Needs Assessment and distribution forecasts, one row per facility per `dataset` (`grid_needs_substation`, `grid_needs_circuit`, `grid_needs_line_section`, `load_forecast_substation`, `load_forecast_circuit`, `der_forecast_circuit`): the bank or circuit, its rating, primary driver, the distribution service required and the date the need is anticipated.
