Sabey Data Center Properties reports six energized campuses totaling approximately 251 megawatts of operating capacity, with an opportunity to triple that output by 2036 on existing land holdings. Its location list includes SDC Ashburn, SDC Austin, SDC Columbia, SDC Manhattan, SDC Quincy, SDC Seattle and SDC Umatilla. The Quincy, Washington campus is the largest in the portfolio at 530,000 square feet across five buildings and 123 MW, served by hydroelectric power the company prices at 3.8 cents per kWh. Services include colocation, powered shell, and design and construction.

- Sabey Corporation was founded in 1972 by Dave Sabey as a commercial real estate developer in the Seattle area. When a tenant vacated a building during the dot-com collapse, the company was left with a data center shell that became SDC Seattle building 5. In 2010 Sabey partnered with investor National Real Estate Advisors to create Sabey Data Centers. On July 8, 2026, Ares Secondaries funds announced a minority equity investment in Sabey Data Center Properties, which Sabey and National jointly own and govern.
