Bitter Ridge Wind Farm, LLC is a 146.6 MW onshore wind project in Redkey, Jay County, Indiana, with 52 GE 2.82-127 turbines. The facility began commercial operation in September 2020 and is operated under a 15-year power purchase agreement with Constellation (Exelon) covering approximately 80% of output. Scout Clean Energy developed, financed, owns, and operates the project. In May 2026, Bitter Ridge was included in a portfolio transaction approved by FERC, with Mustang Yieldco Acquirer LLC acquiring the asset on behalf of an investment platform jointly owned by Norges Bank Investment Management, British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, and Brookfield.
