Headwaters Wind Farm II LLC is a 200 MW onshore wind turbine plant in Randolph County. Headwaters Wind Farm II is a 198 MW wind farm in Randolph County, Indiana, developed and operated by EDP Renewables North America, a subsidiary of EDP Renewables. It is the second phase of the Headwaters site, joining the 200 MW Headwaters I Wind Farm, and reached commercial operations in July 2021. Facebook holds a 15-year power purchase agreement for 139 MW of its output and Walmart a long-term agreement for 60 MW.
