- Construction
- A 2013 Texas TDLR filing records a privately funded addition at 904 Quality Way, naming the project DATABANK PHASE 2. Its scope was to add a second data hall, technical rooms and office space to an existing building; it lists a $525,000 estimated cost, a proposed July–September 2013 schedule, unknown square footage and a closed project status. Older DataBank brochures describe 68,000 square feet of building area, 42,000 square feet of raised floor, 20 MW of on-site utility power and 6 MW of critical power. The operator’s current page instead lists 41,310 IT square feet and 4.3 MW of critical IT load; these differently dated figures are not treated as like-for-like revisions without a documented scope bridge.
