Dick's Creek is a 159.1 MW natural-gas-fired simple-cycle combustion-turbine power plant located at 632 Todhunter Road in Monroe, Butler County, Ohio. The plant comprises four operating generators (IDs 1, 3, 4, and 5) with nameplate capacities of 100.0 MW, 16.5 MW, 21.3 MW, and 21.3 MW respectively. Generator 1 entered service in September 1965; generators 3, 4, and 5 entered service in 1969. is the transmission/distribution owner. The plant generated approximately 15.0 GWh annually as of 2025, operating at a 0.6% capacity factor in 2024, consistent with its role as a low-utilization peaking resource in the wholesale market.
