Generation And Emissions Control

Two dual-fuel simple-cycle combustion turbines: GE Frame 7F units, each rated 167 MW, primarily natural-gas-fired with No. 2 fuel oil as secondary fuel. Equipped with inlet foggers and water injection for NOx control

Maryland permit identifies HCT-1 and HCT-2 as GE Frame 7F combustion turbines, each 167 MW rated capacity, Station H. Primary fuel natural gas; secondary fuel No. 2 fuel oil. Inlet foggers maintain output at high ambient temperature; water injection controls NOx emissions. Combined 334 MW capacity; asset-listed 326 MW reflects net output after auxiliary consumption.
