Eddystone Generating Station
Eddystone Generating Station is a six-unit, 820 MW dual-fuel power plant on the Delaware River in Eddystone, Pennsylvania. Units 3 and 4 are subcritical steam boiler-turbine generator units, each rated at 380 MW, capable of burning natural gas or oil. Units 10, 20, 30, and 40 are oil-fired peaking units with a combined capacity of 60 MW. The facility's earlier coal-fired Units 1 and 2 came online in 1960 and have been retired.
