Fenner Wind Farm is a 30-megawatt onshore wind facility in Madison County, New York, whose generator has operated since October 2001. The plant is owned by Enel Green Power North America through its subsidiary Canastota Wind Power LLC, the Italian utility's US renewables arm. It is operated by CHI Energy Inc, the entity registered with EIA as the plant's operator. Fenner sells its output into the New York ISO market, settling at the nearby FENNER___WINDPWR price node about 4 km from the site. The original project was built with 20 GE 1.5-megawatt turbines, completed in December 2001 as the largest wind farm in New York State at the time.
