Pattern Energy announced the acquisition of the 150 MW Amazon Wind Farm Fowler Ridge project with a 13-year PPA with Amazon (extendable to 20 years). Project was expected to start generating power in Q4 2015.

FERC issued an order in Docket No. EL25-69-000 instituting a Section 206 investigation to determine whether Fowler Ridge IV Wind Farm LLC's rate schedule is unjust, unreasonable, unduly discriminatory, preferential, or otherwise unlawful. Refund effective date is the Federal Register publication date (April 18, 2025).
