The two-story, 290,750 square foot building has four data halls and a reported critical load of 36 MW. It opened in 2025 and earned a BREEAM Excellent rating. Cooling uses a closed-loop system, and at least 20% of heating and cooling electricity is generated on site from low or zero carbon technologies.
