Turbine Supply And Installation Contract

GE signed a contract to provide and install five LMS100 gas-turbine generators at East Kentucky Power Cooperative's J. K. Smith Station. PSC stated that three units were needed for EKPC's existing member cooperatives and two units were needed in 2008 to supply Warren Rural Electric Cooperative Corp. This is an explicit planned supply allocation, not a disclosed PPA; no contract duration, price, or contracted-capacity term was reported.
