Dynegy announced plans for the 330 MW natural-gas-fired Foothills Generating Project in Lawrence County, adjacent to its 500 MW Riverside Generating Project. The announcement described two Siemens Westinghouse 501F combustion turbines and expected commercial operation in the second quarter of 2002.
