Microsoft San Antonio SN1 and SN2 is a Microsoft data center at 5150 Rogers Road in the Westover Hills area of San Antonio, Bexar County, on 44 acres. Microsoft announced the two-building, $550 million complex in 2007 with a $20.7 million city tax abatement, broke ground July 30, 2007, and held its opening in September 2008. CPS Energy serves the site, and cooling uses recycled water from the San Antonio Water System. A 2021 TDLR filing covers a $45M UPS replacement and colo expansion in the SN1 and SN2 buildings.
