Starwood Energy Group Global acquired the development rights to the Northwest Ohio project from Trishe Resources, Inc.
Starwood Energy Group signed an agreement to sell the 105 MW Northwest Ohio Wind project to CMS Enterprises, a CMS Energy subsidiary. The transaction was scheduled to close before commercial operation. Financing closed in October 2017; construction was completed on time and under budget.
