Oswego Harbor Power is a 1,803.6 MW oil-fired steam-turbine generating station located at 261 Washington Boulevard in Oswego, New York, on the south shore of Lake Ontario. The facility consists of two operating units: Unit 5 (built 1975, 901.8 MW) and Unit 6 (built 1979, 901.8 MW), both primarily fueled by residual fuel oil. Unit 6 is also capable of limited operation on natural gas.

The New York Public Service Commission issued an order authorizing Oswego Harbor Power, LLC and Arthur Kill Power, LLC to enter into indebtedness of up to $700 million, with flexibility to modify financing arrangements.
Generation Bridge announced plans to convert a brownfield site at the South Oswego Terminal (located approximately 3.5 miles south of the Oswego Harbor Power plant) into a solar project.
