Indeck Energy Services of Oswego, Inc., described as a wholly owned subsidiary of Indeck Energy Services, Inc., filed an application with the Department of Energy to import up to 4.5 Bcf per year of Canadian natural gas for a planned 50.4 MW cogeneration facility to be constructed next to the International Paper/Hammermill plant in Oswego. Indeck Gas Supply Corporation was identified as the planned supplier under a gas purchase agreement dated December 27, 1988.
