Roadrunner, LLC Hybrid
Roadrunner is a solar-and-battery hybrid in Upton County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory reports two photovoltaic generators totaling 400 MW AC and 497 MW DC plus a 63.3 MW / 108.6 MWh battery; operating net summer capability is 450 MW. Enel describes the solar project as 497 MW across a 252 MW first phase and 245 MW second phase, with 1.2 million bifacial panels, and describes the storage project as 57 MW / 85.7 MWh. The EIA and Enel figures use different AC, DC, seasonal, and developer scopes and are not interchangeable.
