Indiana Michigan Power Company pays demand and energy charges sufficient to cover AEP Generating Company's operating expenses and authorized return. The agreement continues until AEP Generating Company's debt secured by Rockport Plant is satisfied, currently expected in December 2028.

Emissions Compliance Milestone

SO2 compliance milestones require one main boiler to be controlled, repowered, refueled with natural gas, or retired beginning January 1, 2026, and the second by January 1, 2029.
