The New York Public Service Commission approved CCI Roseton LLC's application for debt financing. The order authorized CCI Roseton to enter into senior secured credit facilities and other credit arrangements up to a maximum of $350 million for a seven-year term, with the Roseton Generating Station as collateral. Proceeds were to be used for facility improvements and working capital. The order also approved the ownership restructuring: transfer of CCI Roseton LLC's interests from CCI U.S. Asset Holdings LLC to the newly created Roseton Holdings LLC, and the legal name change from CCI Roseton LLC to Roseton Generating LLC, effective immediately.
