SB Energy announced financial close for construction of Athos I and Athos II in Southern California. The California projects totaled 650 MWp. Tax-equity investors included J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, and Barclays. Construction financing was provided by MUFG, BayernLB, Citibank, CoBank, ING Capital, KeyBanc, Rabobank, Santander, Société Générale, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Term debt financing was provided by KKR's Global Atlantic Financial Group and Prosperity Life. Development financing partners included Deutsche Bank, Ares, CIT, East West Bank, Santander, and Voya Investment Management.
