SPP filed the 250 MW Skeleton Creek Wind Generator Interconnection Agreement. The filing listed energization and trial-operation milestones for November 1, 2019, and a full-interconnection commercial-operation milestone of December 31, 2019; those were contractual milestones rather than the later reported operating dates.
