Analysis rules

  • The mirror keeps receipts: pick the latest non-null value per hour, argMaxIf(value, ingested_at, value IS NOT NULL). An hour still in progress has no value yet, which is not a missing hour.

Interpretation

  • event_time is the start of the Alberta (America/Edmonton) day in UTC.
  • Prices are Canadian dollars per MWh. Never add, rank or average them with US-dollar prices without a dated exchange rate, and say which rate was used.
