Analysis rules
Select a series by point_id where printed; BPA renamed series over the years.A limit's sign follows flow in the direction its name gives.
Interpretation
BPA prints Pacific prevailing time; event_time is UTC, resolved in file order across daylight-saving changes.The 15-minute reports are posted once a day, so their newest reading is hours old. BPA publishes near-real-time Week charts for Northern Intertie, North of Echo Lake, North of Pearl and South of Custer: for a current Northern Intertie reading use report_type 'Week', report_id 'Bch7day' ('NI Actual Flow' against 'TTC N-S' and 'TTC S-N'); North of Echo Lake is report_id 'noel7day'.
