Preserve one canonical row per (event_time, system, technology, market, published_at) before aggregating.

Analysis rules

  • Filter system: 'SIN' is the mainland, 'BCA' Baja California, 'BCS' Baja California Sur. The three are not synchronous and clear separately: never add, average or rank their prices as one market.
  • A forecast for hour H as known before H: the latest published_at before H.

Interpretation

  • Compare with settled actuals in cenace.generation_by_technology only nationally: those are not split by system.
