Overview

Bitemporal: each row carries both the delivery interval (event_time) and the vintage the forecast was issued at (publish_time), so successive forecasts for the same interval are retained rather than overwritten. That makes the table usable for forecast-error and forecast-convergence analysis, not only for the latest view.

Query contract

Preserve one canonical row per (event_time, publish_time) before aggregating.

  • Group only after preserving the declared grain: event_time, publish_time.
