Cologix operates 45+ digital edge and Scalelogix hyperscale edge data centers in 13 North American markets, providing colocation and connectivity to 2,000 customers. Its U.S. markets are Ashburn, Columbus, Dallas, Des Moines, Jacksonville, Lakeland, Minneapolis, New Jersey and Silicon Valley, and in Canada it operates in Calgary, Montréal, Toronto and Vancouver. Its Meet-Me-Rooms give access to a platform of more than 725+ networks and 350+ clouds.

- Ownership and recapitalization
- Stonepeak's Fund II acquired a majority stake in Cologix in March of 2017. In April 2022 Stonepeak closed a $3.0 billion equity-value recapitalization in which Cologix was sold by Fund II and co-investors to Stonepeak-managed vehicles, and Cologix said it would build and acquire Scalelogix hyperscale edge data centers in current and new markets. The company has also completed asset-backed securitizations, including a $1.65 billion transaction in early 2022.

- Cologix reports reaching 67% carbon-free energy across its footprint in 2025, up from 45% in 2020, and achieved ISO 14001 certification across its operational footprint. At the 2022 recapitalization it cited the use of hydropower, optimized water usage and efficient uninterruptible power supplies among its sustainability initiatives.
