Flexential is a US data center company formed when Peak 10 acquired ViaWest and renamed the combined business in January 2018. It is backed by private equity firm GI Partners and sells colocation, connectivity, cloud and managed solutions.

Flexential described a footprint of 40 data centers and more than 3 million square feet of capacity across 20 markets in early 2021, ranging from second-tier markets such as Cincinnati, Jacksonville and Richmond to connectivity hubs such as Dallas, Atlanta and Phoenix. Its Portland 3 facility in Hillsboro, Oregon, at 358,000 square feet and 36 megawatts, is the largest it has built, reflecting a shift toward wholesale data center space.
