Stream reports more than 27 data center developments delivered across the U.S. and 10+ new campuses in development, with site selection underway in 20+ states. It lists locations in Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, Phoenix, San Antonio and Chicago. Apollo describes it as controlling over 4 gigawatts of long-term powered land, with its land fund committing capital for 650 MW of near-term power capacity across metro Chicago, Atlanta and Dallas.
