Stingray is a Cipher Digital data center under construction at 110 SW 9001, Andrews, Texas. Cipher bought the 250-acre West Texas site in November 2024 with up to 100 MW of front-of-the-meter capacity, regulatory approvals and a facility extension agreement with Oncor. Subsidiary Stingray Compute LLC offered $810 million of notes in June 2026 to finance the facility; by August 2026 earthwork, grading, pad preparation and underground electrical work were underway. Cipher lists a further 200 MW Stingray expansion for 2030 or later.
