Eastern Shore Solar, LLC is a 80 MW solar photovoltaic plant in Accomack County. Eastern Shore Solar is an 80 MW solar facility near Oak Hall in Accomack County on Virginia’s Eastern Shore, also known as Amazon Solar Farm U.S. East. It went operational in 2016 and provides power to Dominion Energy Virginia customers, with a long-term power purchase agreement with an affiliate of Amazon Web Services and interconnection agreements with Delmarva Power. It was the first project approved under Virginia’s permit-by-rule process.
