Hardin Solar III, also known as the Hardin III Solar Energy Center, is a 250 MW solar facility in Hardin County, Ohio, developed by Invenergy as its third solar project in the county. WEC Energy Group is the majority owner, and Microsoft buys the electricity and renewable energy credits under a power purchase agreement. Invenergy Services operates and maintains the plant, which uses panels made by Illuminate USA. It commenced operations in June 2025.
