The plant operates with 150 MW of AC nameplate capacity and approximately 200.69 MW of DC net capacity, using single-axis-tracking, crystalline-silicon photovoltaic arrays. The project includes approximately 3,297 acres of leased land, with about 2,870 acres occupied by solar modules. Invenergy developed the project and Invenergy Services LLC operates it. is the transmission and distribution owner, interconnecting the facility at 345 kV through the Hardin Switch substation to AEP's East Lima–Marysville transmission line.
