Riverstart Solar Park LLC is a 200 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility located at 3999 W 700 S, Modoc, Randolph County, Indiana. The facility has been operating since December 2021 under the PJM balancing authority. The project includes approximately 670,000 photovoltaic modules deployed across 1,400 acres with single-axis tracking technology, 220 MW DC net capacity, and 200 MW AC nameplate capacity. A greenfield 345/138 kV collector substation provides grid interconnection at 345 kV. The facility generates approximately 392.8 GWh annually and supplies power to Hoosier Energy Rural Electric Cooperative under a 20-year power purchase agreement serving communities throughout central and southern Indiana and southeastern Illinois.
