H.O. Clarke Generating Station is an eight-unit natural-gas fast-start generating station in Harris County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory reports 484 MW nameplate, 356 MW net summer, and 398.4 MW net winter capability across eight 60.5 MW combustion-turbine records. PROENERGY's project record uses a 384 MW gross project rating and identifies eight LM6000-family packages; those company and EIA capacity scopes are kept separate. CPS Energy acquired the facility on September 24, 2025, while PROENERGY continues to operate and maintain it under contract.
