Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation executed a 10-year sales agreement to be the exclusive provider of natural-gas supplies to Invenergy LLC's Lackawanna Energy Center. South Jersey Industries was to become a counterparty through an exclusive supply fuel-management service agreement with the parties. The agreement disclosed a maximum fuel burn of up to 240,000 dekatherms per day, not contracted electric capacity.

Required monitoring includes pH, TSS, oil and grease, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total iron, with corrective action required after benchmark exceedances in two or more consecutive monitoring periods.
